Project Overview
This CRM system was built for the University of Bristol PLN team to replace an existing Excel-based process with a more reliable and accessible web platform. The system centralises contact management, interaction logging, and relationship tracking in one place.
The application was designed to support operational clarity and long-term data integrity, with a cloud-hosted deployment and a backend structured for maintainability. It demonstrates end-to-end product thinking across data modelling, backend logic, user workflows, and infrastructure decisions.
